Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Expressive Gifts & Clothing! Because all of our products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners, please allow additional time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days of being placed. Production typically takes an additional 3–7 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

Canada: 5–10 business days after production

United States: 5–10 business days after production

International: 10–20 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@expressivegifts.ca. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
